How to document Closing Costs in Property Tracker?

How do I document Closing Costs in Property Tracker?

The outputs from the "Closing Disclosure Sections B+C+E+H" and "Other Closing Costs and Fixup: Closing Disclosure Sections F+G+ Renovation costs" in the INPUT DATA > PROPERTY section of Property Tracker can be found in the EVALUATE > 1st YEAR PROJECTION  and 10 YEAR PROJECTION sections of Property Tracker.

Depreciable Closing Costs  are also viewable in the TRACK > DETAILED REPORT and TRACK > SCHEDULE OF DEPRECIATION sections of Property Tracker too.

With your CLOSING DISCLOSURE document from your lender in hand (see the SAMPLE DISCLOSURE DOC in attachments for reference), you will need to manually calculate the various sections. For example with Closing Disclosure Sections B+C+E+H:

B) Services Borrower Did Not Shop For
C) Services Borrower Did Shop For
E) Taxes and Other Government Fees
H) Initial Escrow Payment at Closing

After adding all four variables together, enter that value into the "Closing Disclosure Sections B+C+E+H" field in the INPUT DATA > PROPERTY section of Property Tracker and you can then view this value in either the 1st YEAR PROJECTION or 10 YEAR PROJECTION sections of Property Tracker.
