How do I document a lease renewal?
A renewed lease can be documented In the CALENDAR > LEASE DATA section of Property Tracker.
In a lease renewal, it's important to note that you should NOT
delete the existing lease so you can preserve the historical data which
is needed to properly calculate the vacancy rate in the Lease
Calendar. Click the ADD button in the top left corner of the CALENDAR > LEASE DATA section and add the appropriate START and END date along with the tenant info.
it's the same tenant you can select their name from the contact list
provided. Or if needed, you can also enter new tenant info too.
